When we made the move from Houston to Austin Topazz became the only lab in the house because Barron and Maxx were put to sleep. We told ourselves that after we got settled we would get Topazz a playmate. So, last weekend we went and got Hershey.

Big snappers - Day 1 Bama vacation

We are visiting Gulf Shores on vacation this week. Today was our first day of vacation and we kicked it off with a bang. We went charter fishing with Captain Gary Bryant on the Red Eye boat. This was a nice large boat with two diesel motors and plenty of room to fish 6-8.
To make a long story short, Captain Gary found a great spot for red snapper and we caught our limit for each person on the boat within an hour. We ended up with (12) over 10 pound red snappers. We hit the right spot and if no limit was in place we could have been fighting the red snapper all day. Ryan and mommy strapped on a belt and fought the fish and pulled them in as well. Those fish were putting up one heck of a fight and was a lot of fun to catch.
